Refund & Returns Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

Refunds/Exchanges will be accepted 30 days after delivery. Please make sure items are unworn, in good condition, & still have tags attached or they will not be accepted for a return. Order must be shipped back before the return timeframe or we will not accept the return/process a refund.

*ALL BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL. (Any sale over 20%)  No returns for a refund will be accepted. However, we will accept final sale items for exchanges only! *

Kinetic Kings has the right to refuse any returns. (RTS) Returned-to-sender packages will only be refunded once the order arrives back to our facility if requested by the customer.

EXCHANGED ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE EXCHANGED AGAIN OR REFUNDED.
