SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some packages may take 3-5 business days to process and pack. This is separate from actual shipping time. Tracking will update once it has left our Los Angeles facility. 

Mail Carrier Shipping Times:
USPS First Class Mail/UPS GROUND (Domestic) - 1-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail (Domestic) - 1-3 Business Days
DHL Express/UPS Intl. (International) - 2-4 Business Days
USPS International First Class - 7-21 Business Days

*For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

*At Kinetic Kings we do not ship during the weekends or federal holidays. All shipping will resume after weekends/holidays.

*Discount codes are ineligible for combination. This also includes FREE SHIPPING which cannot be combined with other discount codes. The code with the highest discount will be applied at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE (INTERNATIONAL BUYERS) *** Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country, Kinetic Kings is not responsible for these additional fees. Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
